Hi! I have the absolute greatest boss. His name is Richard Harrison and we work for Radian, Inc in Newington, VA. He does all the things a great boss does, such as letting me take long lunches, extra days off if needed. The thing that really drives me is his confidence in me. He brings me projects and really encourages me. This really does work for all of us here in the office. It drives us to want to give him all we have and do the best at whatever we do. It is great working for someone who is constantly encouraging us to grow. You go Rich, you are the greatest!

Hi, I have only been on the job about 4.5 months. My new boss is AWESOME! The first week I was here, I worked one day, got really sick, was out the rest of the week! I was paid the whole week. My hours are flexible, and he is just a wonderful man to work for! He sends me up to the local town to do some "research" which means going into the shops and poking around. He lets me take long lunches when I ask. I have got to go on long weekend business trips for shows, where ALL my expenses and an awesome hotel was paid for. I couldn't work for a better guy and the pay is awesome! Everyone should be so lucky!

I just have to tell you about a Great Boss... he IS!!
every Monday of every week, he throws a BBQ for all the employees. And not some lame one either, steaks, burgers, the works. And he does the cooking himself.
he has also rented a boat and took us all on a cruise for a night with our families.
He is not just a great boss, he is a great guy as well, is very caring about ppl's needs and family situations. He understands things happen, and they have to be taken care of. He is fair, kind, and listens to you when you talk. He is not one of those ppl to look at his watch (like telling you he has some place else to be). He actually looks you in the face, care about what your saying, and try to help if possible.
we will call him Mark.....Mark Hopes!! because he has such high hopes for not only himself, but his workers as well. Hats off to Mark, for being a wonderful boss and making it a pleasure for ppl to come to work every day.

Couldn't help noticing Deborah's letter about her boss. We LOVE our boss here as well. He is all of the aforementioned things in her letter. What makes him even better is, he also rented a boat and took us on an evening dinner cruise WITHOUT our families!!! Hello! Talk about a stress reliever! It was awesome and so is he. We are all totally devoted to him, his professionalism, his leadership, and guidance. Plus he is really cute. So I hope the rest of you are lucky enough to have a boss like we do. Liking your boss makes a person work twice as hard!!!
